Villa Seacliff not only met but exceeded our expectations. The location, water and views were amazing. We had such a relaxing and fun time.
Villa Seacliff is perched above a cliff overlooking a turquoise sea and the distant horizon is interrupted by only the occasional passing boat. Steps lead down to direct access to the warm waters of the Caribbean. What more could you ask for? Well quite a lot actually, amazing bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, enormous kitchen and television room, wrap around terraces with views from every lazy chair, the list is endless. This house delivers in every area, including a lovely pool. Perfection. It is about a 15 min drive to the main hub of town life but we saw that as an advantage rather than a disadvantage, but it does make life peaceful and lazy. If that is what you are looking for then this house is AMAZING.
We stayed at his villa in October 2011 and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the many decks and patios were much appreciated. We really enjoyed the deck by the water, where a small ladder leads into the water. At low tide, the water was only 3 feet high and one could walk on the sandy bottom quite far out, and even reach Taylor Bay walking in the water (a few minutes away). At high tide, the water was about 5 feet high. Just perfect. The water was very calm and the color spectacular. Taylor Bay was beautiful, had shallow and calm water, and we saw a total of ten people there the whole week. We loved the privacy of the house (far away from all the hotels and resorts), the water in front of the house, and Taylor Bay. And the house is greatly positioned for sunsets! The house was very comfortable and well laid out. All bedrooms had king beds, were of equal size, four of the them had ocean views and the fifth one a bit of an ocean view. All had good AC and a private bathroom. The two possible downsides were the lack of a big table for a group of 8 people to eat together by the kitchen (but that was arranged immediately after we asked), and the lack of AC in the living room and dining room (which was fine given the big fans and the nice breeze). The wifi internet worked reliably.
